| Purpose: | State the current limits of the published documentation. |
This site is a local draft publishing layer. It has not been deployed to Cloudflare Pages or protected with Cloudflare Access.
Current limitations include:
- Phase 2 secondary research is incomplete.
- Primary research has not commenced.
- Strategic analysis has not commenced.
- The business case has not commenced.
- Published pages are summaries and placeholders, not the full working research record.
- Raw evidence registers, contact records, interview notes and commercially sensitive working files are intentionally excluded.
